S’Park provides students access to a variety of leaders who are helping to create new and different media content, distribution platforms, marketing systems and sales opportunities. We have brought to campus and via Skype: Bob Iger, ’73, Chairman of Walt Disney Company; Harriet Seitler, EVP, Marketing, Harpo/Oprah; Debbie Rubin, Associate Producer, CBS Evening News; Stacy Hamilton, ’97, Director of Public Relations, MGM Casinos and Resorts; David Muir, ’95, Anchor, ABC News and many others.
Next Wednesday (9/26) night from 6:10-8:00 p.m. in Park Auditorium, we are featuring Larry Scott, Commissioner of the Pac-12. He will discuss sports media, management and athletics.
• Sport Management/Sport Media/Sport Studies majors and Sport Studies minors: There are 60 open seats for this exciting educational opportunity.
